S&P Dow Jones Indices Announcement for Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco)
S&P Dow Jones Indices has noted the recent publication of a prospectus by Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO), indicating its intention to list on the Tadawul Stock Exchange (XSAU). A book-building process for the initial public offering is due to begin on Sunday, November 17, 2019 and end on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Further information regarding the number of shares to be listed and the offer price are expected to be published on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at which point, S&P DJI will issue further guidance.
