NZX and S&P Dow Jones Indices Fixed Interest Indices Transition - Completed - July 1, 2015

NZX Limited and S&P Dow Jones Indices, announced on February 26, 2015 a strategic agreement to jointly develop, produce and commercialize co-branded investable indices featured on NZX platforms and related data.

Effective, Wednesday, July 1, 2015, S&P Dow Jones Indices will assume all responsibilities for the maintenance, calculation and dissemination of the NZX Indices.

The following information relates to the transition of Fixed Interest Indices only.

Additional NZX Fixed Interest Indices will be transitioning effective, Tuesday, December, 1, 2015. Please review the October 12, 2015 announcement for further details.
