– Brookfield Business Partners LP is seeking to sell Australian hospital chain Healthscope Ltd., The Australian reported, citing sources. Pacific Equity Partners, Bain Capital LP, and HMC Capital Ltd. are interested in bidding, the report added. Macquarie Capital is advising HMC Capital on its bid, according to the report.
– Warburg Pincus LLC and KKR & Co. Inc. are in advanced negotiations to acquire German drug packaging company Gerresheimer AG, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. A final agreement may take weeks and significant hurdles remain, sources reportedly said.
– TPG Capital LP is exploring exit options for its A$4 billion Australia-based pet care company Greencross Ltd., with potential interest from Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH or zooplus SE, The Australian reported, citing sources. Barrenjoey and Jefferies Australia are Greencross' financial advisers on the sale process, the report added, citing DataRoom.
– TA Associates Management LP is planning to sell its majority stake in Indian supplement seller OmniActive Health Technologies Ltd., Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. TA Associates is in discussions with prospective advisers about the potential deal, the report added.
