This week’s World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos took place at a critical juncture for the global economy with the change in U.S. administration. As always, the meetings were attended by a collection business and political leaders, as well as journalists and celebrities. We economists were in the minority. My week was a mix of client meetings, presentations, and interviews as well as catching up with colleagues in the WEF Chief Economists Group. The highlight for me was attending the program of seminars and interacting with conference participants.
