S&P Global Ratings assesses Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TCB) Green Bond Framework as Medium green, indicating activities that represent significant steps toward a low-carbon climate resilient future but will require further improvements to be long-term low-carbon climate resilient solutions. TCB is one of the largest joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam, with a network of 301 branches and transaction offices across the country, and 13.4 million customers as of Dec. 31, 2023.
