S&P Global Ratings assesses Brisa Concessao Rodoviaria's (BCR's) sustainability-linked financing framework as aligned with Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles, International Capital Market Association (ICMA), 2024; and Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles, LMA/LSTA/APLMA, 2023. BCR holds the main Portuguese road network concession. It manages concession contracts for motorway construction, road maintenance and operations, infrastructure planning and development, and service area operations.
