CIP provides loans, lines of credit, equity investments, and technical support to underserved borrowers in the affordable housing, health care, education, economic development, and healthy food sectors. CIP has over $500 million in total assets and has disbursed over $2.9 billion in loans since 1982 with current lending activities in nine states and the District of Columbia.
