In an initiative to provide essential insight relevant to the rapidly changing municipal market, the U.S. Public Finance team will host a Credit Spotlight monthly webinar, updating you on our views on credit conditions across sectors and highlight key research, scheduled for the last Thursday of each month.
We are pleased to have Emily Brock, Director, Federal Liaison Center, Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) join our analysts this week to provide an update on the American Rescue Plan funding progress and guidance being provided on planning and spending these funds. She will also provide an update on the American Jobs Plan and what this sizeable infrastructure plan could mean for the U.S.
We will also provide an update on credit conditions across the U.S. including a recent update on transportation infrastructure issuers. We will also spotlight two research articles focusing on U.S. States that will provide an overview of fiscal 2021 budget proposals for U.S. States and how oil states are faring from a credit standpoint.
