S&P Global Ratings is pleased to host our 2024 Housing Hot Topics at our global headquarters in New York City.

The U.S. Housing Hot Topics event is hosted by senior analysts from our U.S. Public Finance Housing team, who will be joined by S&P Global Ratings’ U.S. Chief Economist, and key leaders from the Housing industry.

This half day agenda delves into the challenges, risks, and opportunities currently facing not-for-profit lenders and developers in the sector. Our program will be followed by a networking reception, where audience members can engage with our experts, and other industry attendees.
