San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co.'s shareholders elected Steven Black to the company's board.
Black has been co-CEO of private equity firm Bregal Investments since September 2012. He is also on the board of Nasdaq Inc.

New York-based JPMorgan Chase & Co. named Tracy-Ann Lim chief media officer, Business Insider reported. Lim previously was an executive director and head of media at the bank.

Paul Ulrich's employment as executive vice president and chief credit officer of Goleta, Calif.-based Community West Bank NA, a subsidiary of Community West Bancshares, was terminated by mutual agreement, effective April 24.
Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer William Filippin will serve as interim chief credit officer until a permanent replacement is named.

Memphis, Tenn.-based First Horizon National Corp. named Ellen Taylor executive vice president and head of investor relations. She will join the bank in June. Her most recent employment was at Citizens Financial Group Inc., where she worked in investor relations.

Jared Green will become regional president for Tyler, Texas-based Southside Bank's East Texas market upon the April 30 retirement of H.J. Shands III.
Green most recently was executive vice president of commercial lending for East Texas at the bank, which is the banking subsidiary of Southside Bancshares Inc.
Financial services
Reuben Jeffery III was appointed to Affiliated Managers Group Inc.'s board, effective immediately.
Jeffery was president and CEO and a director of Rockefeller & Co. LLC and Rockefeller Financial Services Inc. from 2010 to 2018.
Separately, Nathaniel Dalton and Niall Ferguson will not stand for reelection to the board after their terms expire in June.

Wynnchurch Capital L.P promoted Greg Gleason to partner, and he was made a member of the firm's investment committee. In addition, Brian Crumbaugh, Paul Ciolino and Roy Sroka were promoted to partner.

Alexander Doll joined Lincoln International LLC as a member of its global management committee and chairman of Lincoln International AG's supervisory board in Germany.
Doll most recently served as CFO of Deutsche Bahn AG.
In addition, Christian Schwarzmueller joined Lincoln International as a managing director in Frankfurt to lead its DACH region chemicals team. Schwarzmueller previously worked in the German branch of Barclays as part of its mergers and acquisitions and coverage team.
