Danielle joined S&P Global in January of 2015 and has served as a global strategic business partner building and executing human capital plans, aligning talent initiatives and leading change management initiatives supporting a variety of businesses such as Data, Technology, and Innovation, DTS and Market Intelligence Technology. In her tenure with S&P Global and in her career, Danielle has gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, organizational development and design, recruiting, talent and compensation.
With over 19 years’ experience in Human Resources in both large and small organizations, her expertise is in providing strategic consultation to business leaders in developing workforce and talent plans to achieve growth as well as partnering with HR Centers of expertise to manage the design and delivery of solutions aligned with the organization's business goals.
She holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in History from Rosemont College and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a certified Scaled Agilist.
