Our governance and social impact indices are designed to track companies that create value through excellence in employee engagement and development, customer satisfaction, social responsibility, innovation, and high-quality earnings. These indices include companies that rank highly by proprietary sustainability, financial quality, and management criteria, as well as by S&P Global Gender Diversity Score, and that proactively make investments in physical and human capital.
