NEW YORK, November 6, 2024: S&P Dow Jones Indices ("S&P DJI"), the world's leading index provider, today announced it has reached an agreement with UBS to assume the publication, calculation, administration, governance, and commercialization of its suite of leveraged loan indices.
Upon the successful completion of a transition period, the indices, previously legacy Credit Suisse indices, will be rebranded as the S&P UBS Leveraged Loan Indices, which are designed to represent and measure the investable universe of U.S. dollar, Euro and British sterling denominated leveraged loans. S&P DJI will begin publication, calculation, administration and licensing of the indices expected in December 2024.
