Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corp. changed the name of Colonial First State Global Asset Management to First Sentier Investors, effective Sept. 16.

The name change follows Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking's completion of the acquisition of the asset management business from Commonwealth Bank of Australia in August. The company's businesses outside Australia will also launch the new name by the end of 2020, according to a news release.

Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking is a unit of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc.
