Kathy Bonanno is stepping down as CFO of Palo Alto Networks Inc. to become business finance officer at Google LLC's Google Cloud division.

The global cybersecurity company expects to appoint a new finance chief in the week ending June 26. Bonanno will remain in her role through the end of fiscal year 2020 to ensure a smooth transition.

Bonanno joined Palo Alto Networks in 2014 and was named executive vice president and CFO in 2017.
