KKR & Co. Inc. agreed to acquire Netherlands-based Roompot Vakanties BV from French private equity firm PAI Partners.

The transaction, financial terms of which were not disclosed, remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1965, Roompot is a holiday parks operator that directly owns and operates 33 parks in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, and supports over a hundred third-party park operators.

KKR is investing in Roompot through its Core Investments strategy.
