Honeywell acquires Australia's Sine Group

Honeywell International Inc. acquired Sine Group, a provider of mobile workforce management solutions based in Adelaide, Australia.

Founded in 2014, Sine Group is a software-as-a-service company that handles visitor management, workplace and supply chain solutions. Its mobile application enables touchless check-in using a smartphone to help improve security across an organization's facilities.

Honeywell said the acquisition will help create a mobile extension of Forge, its enterprise performance management offering.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Honeywell does not expect the deal to affect its 2020 financial guidance.
