Middle-market private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners LLP made a significant growth investment in German commercial lines insurance broker MRH Trowe through AnaCap Financial Partners III LP.

MRH's management team will continue as the largest shareholder group in the business. The company will use the capital to advance its acquisitions pipeline and to invest in talent, data management and technology.
