California BanCorp hires Wells exec; Tradeweb names chief technology officer

California BanCorp named Gokul Nair senior vice president and treasury management consultant.

Nair was previously Wells Fargo & Co.'s vice president and senior treasury management consultant.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Bank NA promoted four executives.

The bank promoted Kristin Isleib to executive vice president and head of specialized lending and Rod Murray to head of commercial banking. Isleib joined the bank in 2011 as senior vice president and business segment leader for the power and utilities group. Murray in 2016 became leader of Associated Bank's commercial banking segment in Chicago and leader of the commercial banking loan production offices covering Missouri, Indiana, Ohio and Texas, together with the leveraged finance group.

Associated Bank promoted Adam Lutostanski to head of commercial banking in Chicago and Craig Thessin to lead the newly created structured product group. Lutostanski has been the business segment leader for the Chicago commercial banking office since 2015, while Thessin has been leader of the sponsor finance and delinquent tax lending efforts group since 2015.

Deborah Addo on Feb. 19 joined the boards of Berryville, Va.-based Eagle Financial Services Inc. and unit Bank of Clarke County.

Addo is the president of nonprofit healthcare provider Inova Loudoun Hospital.

Tradeweb Markets Inc. named Justin Peterson chief technology officer.

Peterson, who joined the company more than 20 years ago, is Tradeweb's managing director and head of institutional technology.

Freddie Mac named Donna Corley executive vice president and head of the single-family business.

Corley was previously the interim head of the single-family business, a role she was appointed to in October 2019.

Mark Grier on Feb. 18 was elected to Freddie Mac's board.

Grier was the vice chairman and a director of Prudential Financial Inc. until he retired in 2019.

Mr. Cooper Group Inc. appointed Shveta Mujumdar to its board.

Mujumdar is Intuit Inc.'s vice president of corporate development.
