London, UK, May. 28 2015 — S&P Capital IQ®, a business unit of McGraw Hill Financial (NYSE:MHFI) and a leading provider of research, analytics and data, today announced an agreement with DataGenic, the leading global provider of on-premise and in-cloud smart commodity data management software, to deliver real-time market data in combination with a comprehensive data analytics and big data warehouse solution.
Through its ConsolidatedFeed offering, S&P Capital IQ will deliver real-time market data feeds from the world’s leading exchanges and brokers for integration with DataGenic’s Genic DataIQ, a real-time charting and analytical application designed for commodity traders, market analysts and researchers delivered via the web. Offering intuitive self-service analytics, Genic DataIQ acts as an intelligent decision platform to help users identify and assist in capturing alpha, and in capitalising on potential opportunities in the energy and commodities markets. The delivery of S&P Capital IQ’s market data to Genic DataIQ will help members of the commodity and energy communities view the entire market from a single application layer.
