Evan G. Greenfield is Chief Operating Officer, ESG at S&P Global where he oversees ESG Research, Operations, Technology & Strategy across the Firm. Evan previously led ESG investments and acquisitions at S&P Global which culminated in the acquisition of SAM. Evan has two decades of experience working in the financial services vertical with significant time focused on ESG investing in the alternative markets.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Evan helped build and oversee the ESG and Impact Investing Platform for Deutsche Bank’s Asset and Wealth Management vertical. Previously he spent over a decade as a private equity investor in the States, Europe and Asia.

Susan Gray is Global Head of Sustainable Finance Business and Innovation, responsible for S&P Global Rating's ESG and sustainable finance business strategy and initiatives.
Susan joined S&P Global in 2015 to lead S&P's new Global Infrastructure Practice. Susan's role expanded to Global Corporates, Infrastructure and Sustainable Finance in 2017, where she led a team of 540 analysts providing credit opinions on around 5000 companies and $15t of debt. In this role, Susan led the development of S&P's Green Evaluation and ESG Evaluation sustainability assessments.
Susan has 20 years global investment banking experience with Macquarie Capital in America, Asia and Australia focused on infrastructure, M&A, invest, financing and capital raising. As Head of Infrastructure Sponsor Coverage and Head of Airports for the Americas, she led growth of Macquarie's third party advisory business with institutional investors. She established Macquarie's infrastructure business in Indonesia and led major transport and airport transactions in Australia. Previously, Susan was a senior policy advisor to an Australian Federal Government Cabinet Minister on trade and industry policy.
She has been based in New York for the last 14 years. Susan graduated from the University of Sydney with Honors in Economics and a Law degree. Susan has been an active not for profit Director of publicly owned authorities and cultural institutions for almost 20 years, and is a National Association of Corporate Directors Leadership Fellow. Manjit Jus was a Former Managing Director and Global Head of ESG Research at S&P Global.
Manjit led the ESG Ratings business at sustainable investment pioneer RobecoSAM prior to the acquisition of the business by S&P Global in January 2020. Manjit also oversaw the SAM Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and ESG Research powering the various S&P Global Divisions. He chaired the S&P Global CSA Methodology Committee and sat on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices Committee.
Manjit held a number of roles in ESG research and technology, engaging with corporates and investors on ESG strategy and integration. Manjit also worked with other senior leaders across the S&P Global divisions to define and deliver the cross-division ESG strategy. Manjit managed a team of over 20 ESG analysts and specialists as well as over 150 analysts based in the Asia Pacific region.
Manjit holds a bachelor's degree in International Management and Finance from SBS Swiss Business School and a certificate in Digital Strategy from MIT Sloan.

Roman Kramarchuk leads efforts at Platts to analyze the impacts of the energy transition – driven by policy changes and technology advancements – on the energy sector and energy market outlooks, with a special focus on clean energy (i.e. carbon markets, hydrogen, stationary storage, electric vehicles/alternative transport, renewables, etc.). He oversees the Platts Analytics Future Energy Outlooks – advising clients on energy transition and long term energy market views (including 2 degree scenarios) – and has led the GHG and North American Environmental Markets Services – offering insights into environmental markets & policies.
Prior to joining PIRA, now part of S&P Global Platts, he was at the U.S. EPA, developing key power plant and industrial emissions regulations at the Clean Air Markets Division. With both PG&E NEG and PA Consulting / PHB Hagler Bailly, he evaluated strategies regarding fuel choice, capital investments and trading. Roman also worked on international projects to develop power markets and regulatory capacity in the former Soviet Union and India. At the Federal Reserve Board, Roman analyzed trends in industrial production.
He has an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in economics and B.S.E. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lauren is a senior leader and global expert in sustainable finance She leads a team committed to growing S&P Global’s ESG business with functional responsibilities for commercial strategy, go to market, product specialists, client engagement and marketing.
Prior to joining S&P Lauren was a member of the board and senior management team of Trucost responsible for the successful sale of the business to S&P Dow Jones Indices in 2016 and integrating the Trucost business into S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2018. She was integrally involved in a number of major market innovations such as developing the world’s first portfolio carbon footprint and helped grow the Trucost business from being a start up to a market leader in climate finance. Prior to Trucost, Lauren worked in Equity Research in the fund management industry and was a consultant at the UK Government’s Department for International Development working on the Millennium Development Goals.
Lauren is a regular speaker and respected commentator on sustainable finance, quoted in publications such as the Economist, Investment Week, IPE and The Actuary. In 2019 she was a speaker in Davos at the World Economic Forum on, “The future of finance”. Lauren holds a BA & MA from Cambridge University in Archaeology & Anthropology and an MSc in Anthropology & International Development from the London School of Economics.

Prior to his current position, Reid served as Deputy Head of Product Management and Head of ETF licensing. Before joining Standard and Poor's in 2003, Reid worked as an economist for the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
