To register to the CSA Portal, please click on this link and hit the "Register" button, as seen in the screenshot below:
Please start by typing your company name in the corresponding box, which will open a drop-down selection already in the system. Please choose your exact company name from the list. If it does not show, please contact the helpline via email (csa@spglobal.com) or chat (CSA Buddy).
Once you have filled out the form, kindly click on the "Register" button, as seen in the screenshot below:
After registering, we will confirm your account, and you will receive an email from csa@spglobal.com with the subject "Corporate Sustainability Assessment: Account Creation." The email contains a token that allows you to set up your password to enter the portal.
If you cannot find the message in your inbox, please check if it was delivered to your SPAM or Junk Folders.
Please note that the token is valid for 24 hours. If you cannot access it within 24 hours, please request a reset by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" on the main login page.
You may use any browser in accessing the portal, but it works best on the latest version of Google Chrome.
