Kevin Bourne is head of S&P Global Sustainable1’s Investment Research Group. In this role he is responsible for targeted investment research aimed at leading opinion and setting the agenda for ESG and climate issues across the Investment and Asset Management industry in support of S&P Global’s broader business visions and product objectives.

Previously, Kevin was Managing Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Finance at IHS Markit and prior to this was Global Head of Sustainable Investment at LSEG/FTSE Russell. Kevin has deep knowledge of financial markets and the ESG/Climate Change linked challenges faced by clients, especially regulation. Prior to focusing on these issues, Kevin spent 25 years in Equity Markets, latterly as Managing Director & Global Head of Electronic & Portfolio Trading at HSBC.
