Soon Marie Rabb

Soon Marie Rabb joined S&P Ratings as Vice President, Human Resources in July of 2017. Soon is responsible for the Ratings Talent Strategy including enhancing workforce planning and organizational development and leading Ratings’ HR Business Partners in pursuing excellence.

Soon most recently was Vice President, HR Strategic Initiatives and Operations, Corporate HR. In this role, she oversaw the HR Business Partners for the Corporate functions and HR Operations team, as well as provided valued strategic guidance on aligning and executing on key HR priorities and initiatives. Soon joined S&P Global in 2015 as Senior Director, Talent Development.

Prior, she was a Principal at Strategy&, part of the PwC network (formerly Booz & Company) in London, UK and Melbourne, Australia, where she built and led the Organization, Change and Leadership Practice to serve multiple industries, including financial services, public sector agencies, higher education, and utilities across the US, UK, Europe and Australia.
