Focusing mainly on pesticides and agricultural biotechnology J.R. has long experience in environmental reporting. His specialisms are in policy, regulation and litigation and their impact on the sector. He worked previously as a reporter and news editor for TV Technology magazine. From 2002 to 2006 he was the Washington Bureau Chief for the Environment News Service, covering energy, climate change and chemical policy. He has also written frequently on business mergers, financial technology and affordable housing. J.R. has also written more than a dozen scripts for historical television documentaries.
