Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

S&P Global does not engage in any relationships with anti-social forces and we aspire to work only with third parties who share our passion for doing business with integrity and reflect the same high ethical standards.

For this reason, we require that third parties with whom we work:

  • are not an anti-social force;
  • do not have any relationship with an anti-social force or person/entity who has any relationship with an anti-social force;
  • do not engage in anti-social conduct (such as a violent demand, an unlawful or undue demand, use of threatening behavior or language, use of violence, an act of damaging reputation or credibility or interfering with business by spreading rumors or using fraudulent means or by force, or any other act or conduct similar to any of the foregoing), whether directly or indirectly through a third party.

Additionally, S&P Global requires third parties with whom we work to ensure that their directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, partners, contractors and subcontractors are not an anti-social force, do not have any relationship with any anti-social force or a person/entity who has any relationship with an anti-social force, and do not engage in any anti-social conduct.
