The loans were originated by The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland (BOI), Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank (BOIMB), and ICS Building Society. The pool comprises 74.1% buy-to-let (BTL) loans and 25.9% owner-occupied properties. The assets were previously securitized in the Mulcair Securities No. 3 DAC transaction that closed in early 2022.
