The pool for Green STORM 2025 B.V. (Green STORM 2025) contains €526.4 million prime, first-, and consecutive-ranking owner-occupied mortgage loans located in the Netherlands. Obvion N.V. (Obvion) originated the loans and has been an established originator and servicer in the Netherlands since 1980. It has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. (Rabobank) since 2012. Green STORM 2025 is the latest securitization originated by Obvion. The transaction structure is similar to the previous Green STORM transactions.
