Atlas Funding 2024-1 PLC is an RMBS transaction that securitizes a portfolio of £404 million (including £55 million of prefunding) buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage loans secured on properties in England and Wales. At closing, the issuer prefunded the acquisition of an additional portfolio (subject to compliance with the respective eligibility criteria) of up to 13.69% that may be purchased before and up to the first interest payment date (IPD).
