The short-term 'A-1 (sf)' rating assigned to Overwatch Bravo Funding LLC's (Overwatch Bravo's) U.S. dollar-denominated asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) notes reflects: The program's legal structure, including Overwatch Bravo's intended bankruptcy-remote status; The full credit and liquidity support provided by liquidity agreements in the form of asset purchase agreements, loan agreements, global or master securities lending agreements, global or master repurchase agreements, and hedge agreements in the form of total return swaps and other forms of hedge agreements ("support agreements") with counterparties rated at least 'A-1' and/or by match-funded assets rated at least 'A-1' without support agreements; The amounts received from the support agreements and/or match-funded assets being sufficient to pay the outstanding ABCP notes on their respective payment dates; ABCP
