VINCI Airports and ANA Aeroportos de Portugal (the sponsors), subsidiaries of French concessions, energy, and construction group VINCI, will, through a special-purpose vehicle develop and finance the expansion and operation of seven airports in Africa under a 40 year concession agreement.
