LendInvest is a specialist mortgage lender that provides short-term (or bridging), development and buy-to-let mortgages to intermediaries, landlords, and developers across the U.K. The company started lending in 2008 and now has a mortgage book of £4.5 billion. Financing instruments issued under this framework will be issued by a dedicated special-purpose vehicle, LendInvest Secured Income II PLC (LSI2), within the LendInvest group.
