Novolex's sustainability program is centered around three core pillars: the creation of sustainable product solutions for customers, low-impact manufacturing, and support for employees and communities. A 2020 materiality assessment identified nine primary (tier 1) material topics for the company. These include the circular economy, product design and innovation, waste management, public policy, sustainable raw materials, and emissions, among others.
