Caritas Affordable Housing Inc. (CAH) is a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation that provides affordable housing to residents in California. CAH partners with local municipalities to purchase, upgrade, and preserve affordable mobile home parks. CAH and Caritas Corp., its sister organization, own 30 mobile home parks and two apartment complexes across California and Oregon. CAH has direct ownership of nine mobile home parks, with a total of 1,734 residential units. CAH plans to issue its California Municipal Finance Authority Mobile Home Park senior revenue bonds series 2022A (series 2022A bonds) in the amount of $89.7 million with a 2049 maturity. It will use the net proceeds to defease and refund the refunded 2014A bonds ($70.6 million), defease and refund the outstanding refunded 2014B bonds ($11.3 million), fund the 2022A reserve fund ($5.4 million), and cover transaction costs ($1.7 million).
