LLC acquired a majority stake in US power systems provider Resa Power LLC from Investcorp Holdings BSC. Guggenheim Securities LLC and Robert W. Baird & Co. were Resa Power's financial advisers, and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP was its legal adviser. Harris Williams and Stifel Nicolaus & Co. were Kohlberg's financial advisers, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP was its legal adviser. – Montage Partners Inc. exited its investment in US-based compensation services provider Equity Methods LLC through a sale to HGGC LLC. Harris Williams was Equity Methods' financial adviser, and Osborn Maledon PA was its legal adviser. Kirkland & Ellis LLP was HGGC's legal adviser. – Edison Partners Management LLC exited US fintech MoneyLion Inc. following its acquisition by Gen Digital Inc.
