Pennsylvania-based Mifflinburg Bank & Trust Co. in November opened a branch at 901 State Route 522 in Selinsgrove, Pa., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities' Dec. 12 summary of activities.

Bethlehem, Pa.-based Lafayette Ambassador Bank closed its branch at 3397 Bath Pike in Bethlehem in November, according to the state banking regulator's Dec. 12 summary of activities.

Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Financial Corp. is the bank's parent company.

Mansfield, Pa.-based First Citizens Community Bank opened a branch at 1011 Dry Tavern Road in Denver, Pa., according to the state banking regulator's Dec. 19 summary of activities.

In addition, the Citizens Financial Services Inc. unit closed its branch at 2403 Main St. in Narvon, Pa.

The bank is a unit of Ithaca, N.Y.-based Tompkins Financial Corp.
