HSBC Holdings Plc appointed Tim Morgan head of high-yield syndicate at the Europe, Middle East and Africa leveraged and acquisition finance division, Reuters reported, citing the bank.

He will join in January, reporting to Tim Spray, who is the head of syndicate, leveraged and acquisition finance for the EMEA region.

Prior to this, Morgan was Bank of America Merrill Lynch's director for leveraged finance capital markets, according to the report.
