Maxim Pershin will step down as co-head of the corporate and investment banking division at JSC Alfa-Bank, Kommersant reported April 18.

Andrey Chulak, overseeing the division jointly with Pershin, will become the sole head of the corporate and investment banking department.

Alfa-Bank also decided to appoint Alina Nazarova as the head of its private banking division. Nazarova, who most recently held a similar post at Otkritie Financial Corp. Bank, will be responsible, among other things, for the development and implementation of the private banking strategy.
