Zillow Group to buy ShowingTime.com for $500M

Zillow Group Inc. agreed to purchase online scheduling platform for home showings ShowingTime.com Inc. for $500 million.

ShowingTime will continue to operate as an open platform for its existing and new partners and will keep its existing data privacy policies.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including the expiration or termination of the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
