Xin'an Financial Group names directors

Xin'an Financial Group Co.Ltd. named Cao Qin and Zhang Yong directors on its board, subject to shareholders' approval.

They will replace Jiang Hao and Wang Guoqing, who have resigned from the roles, according to a Jan. 21 release.
