Wilmington, Del.-based WSFS Financial Corp. unit WSFS Bank appointed William Coffey senior vice president and chief technology officer.

Coffey spent more than 19 years at Vanguard and served in various technology leadership roles.

Intercontinental Exchange Inc.'s board elected Shantella Cooper and Mark Mulhern as directors, effective Dec. 4.

Cooper is the executive director of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. She previously held senior positions at WestRock Co. and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co.

Mulhern has been executive vice president and CFO of Highwoods Properties Inc. since 2014.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York's members elected banking industry veteran Thomas Kemly to its board.

Kemly will serve a four-year term starting Jan. 1, 2021.

AG Mortgage Investment Trust Inc. appointed Dianne Hurley to its board, effective Dec. 1.

Hurley is the chief financial and operations officer of Moravian Academy. She will serve as a member of the audit committee.
