Western & Southern acquires Fabric Technologies, Fabric Insurance Agency

Western & Southern Financial Group Inc. has acquired Fabric Technologies Inc. and Fabric Insurance Agency LLC for undisclosed terms.

Through the acquisition, Western & Southern obtained a fully automated digital platform developed by Fabric. Western & Southern intends to make a multiyear investment in Fabric's digital platform and team as part of its effort to accelerate its digital strategy.

Fabric offers term life insurance and other solutions through its digital platform and mobile app.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC represented Western & Southern, while Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP was legal counsel to the company. Perella Weinberg Partners LP and Goodwin Procter LLP represented Fabric.
