UBS replaces wealth management, EMEA CFO as part of revamp

UBS Group AG appointed Todd Tuckner CFO for global wealth management and the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, replacing Markus Hubbel, effective immediately, Reuters reported, citing an internal memo confirmed by a spokesman for the bank.

Tuckner, group controller and chief accounting officer prior to the appointment, will reportedly relocate to Zurich from the U.S. and report to four separate executives as he maintains his groupwide, division and regional roles.

Additionally, the Swiss bank promoted Angus Graham to the post of deputy group controller for extra support, Reuters said.

It comes as UBS is splitting its EMEA wealth management business into three as part of an overhaul of its private banking business.
