Top Riverstone execs said to leave; KKR appoints partner

* Riverstone Holdings LLC Partners Chris Hunt and Ken Ryan will leave the energy-focused private equity firm, as will Alfredo Marti and Carl Williams, co-heads of the firm's power division, Bloomberg News reported March 11, citing people familiar with the matter.

* KKR & Co. Inc. named former Harman International Industries Inc. CEO Dinesh Paliwal as partner.

* Former BlackRock Inc. Managing Director Cathleen Ellsworth joined Lindsay Goldberg LLC as partner.

* Water Street Healthcare Partners LLC appointed Epredia Inc. CEO Jim Post as executive adviser.

* Black Dragon Capital LLC hired technology, media and telecom industry veteran Richard Sussman as partner.

* Riccardo Abello, a former director and head of European real estate acquisitions at Franklin Templeton, is joining Eurazeo SE's real assets division Eurazeo Patrimoine.

* Prime Movers Lab named Shmoop University Inc. Co-founder David Siminoff and former Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. President and CEO Zia Huque as general partners.

* Tikehau Capital appointed Dominik Felsmann as head of Germany, effective March 15, following the opening of its new office in Frankfurt, Germany.

* John Torrey, who previously worked at Qualtrics International Inc., joined Madrona Venture Group LLC as venture partner.

* Apis Partners LLP tapped Hossam Abou Moussa as partner, alongside two other investment professionals from Actis LLP.

* EmergeVest Ltd. appointed Virginia Alzina as senior environmental, social and governance executive. Alzina will also work as EV Cargo Ltd.'s chief sustainability officer.

* Swander Pace Capital named former TSG Consumer Partners LP Director of Finance Virginia Calvo as CFO and chief compliance officer, alongside four promotions of its investment team.
