Thrivent sold its recently constructed corporate headquarters in downtown Minneapolis in a $130 million sale-leaseback transaction, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported, citing an electronic certificate of real estate value made public in the week of Feb. 8.
The eight-story, 264,000-square-foot building at 600 Portland Ave. S. was sold to a quartet of limited liability companies associated with real estate company Benderson Development Co. LLC and finance and investment firm CGA Capital Corp., according to the report.
The document reportedly shows the property is under a 20-year lease with Thrivent, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the sale.
