Sunfolding appoints new CEO

San Francisco-headquartered Sunfolding Inc. announced the appointment Jan. 14 of Glen Davis as CEO, replacing Jurgen Krehnke.

Davis previously was group leader of AES Corp. He also co-founded solar project developer Agile Energy Inc. before becoming CEO of Renewable Energy Systems Holdings Ltd.'s American division after it acquired Agile, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Krehnke will continue with the company in an advisory role, according to a news release.
