Stephens Inc. named Mark Belford managing director in the consumer and retail group of its investment banking division, based in New York City.
Belford was most recently a managing director and co-head of consumer and retail at KPMG's investment banking group. He was also previously a managing director at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.
