* Edison International named Kate Sturgess vice president and controller, effective April 29. Sturgess will succeed Aaron Moss, who will be senior vice president and CFO of Southern California Edison Co., according to a Form 8-K filing.
* San Diego Gas & Electric Co. CEO Caroline Winn joined the boards of Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund Inc. and Kayne Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure Inc. as an independent director, KA Fund Advisors LLC said April 27.
* Spark Power Group Inc. appointed Lucio Di Clemente chair of its board of directors, replacing Jason Sparaga, who will continue as a nonindependent director, the company said April 27. * Belgian offshore wind developer Parkwind NV appointed Peter Lars Spencer country manager for New Zealand and Australia.
