SAP unit Qualtrics closes IPO

SAP SE unit Qualtrics International Inc. announced the closing of its IPO of 59,449,903 shares of its class A common stock at $30 per share, according to a Feb. 1 news release.

The offering includes the underwriters' full exercise of their option to purchase about 7,754,335 additional shares.

Qualtrics' shares are trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol XM.

Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan served as lead bookrunning managers for the offering. BofA Securities Inc., Barclays PLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Holdings PLC, Citigroup, BMO Capital Markets and Truist Securities Inc. served as bookrunning managers.

Meanwhile, Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., Evercore ISI, JMP Securities LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Piper Sandler Cos., Raymond James, William Blair, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc. and R. Seelaus & Co. LLC served as co-managers for the offering.
