Saadia receives $25M loan to buy apparel brands in Chapter 11

Saadia Group LLC received a $25 million asset-based loan for the purchase of two women's apparel brands from RTW Retailwinds Inc. White Oak Commercial Finance LLC was the lender.

Saadia purchased New York & Co. and Fashion to Figure from RTW with proceeds from the loan facility.

RTW Retailwinds Inc. filed Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in July. Debt at the time of the filing included a balance of $12.7 million under a $75 million revolver due 2024. Wells Fargo Bank was administrative agent.
